
10 Days 9 Nights Kenya/Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara
You will be met by our company representative at the airport/hotel for a short briefing on Safari, and thereafter proceed to Masai Mara National Reserve via the Mai Mahiu Narok route having lunch in Narok town after lunch proceeds to Masai Mara arriving in the late afternoon you will head out for an afternoon game drive, the best time to catch the cats as they crawl out from their shadow ready to make their next kill in the park. As darkness sets in you will return to the Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 & 3: Maasai Mara Full Days
After breakfast, depart for full-day adventures with packed lunch. Be on the lookout for the big five that Masai Mara is famous for and that may have eluded you the previous game drive. Considered Kenya’s prime wildlife area. This is due to the acacia-dotted plain scenery of stunning beauty where Black maned lions, cheetahs, and leopards are found in abundance. Elephants, giraffes, genet cats just to mention a few Mara also hosts over 450 species of bird including the national bird of Kenya, the lilac-breasted roller bird & other nocturnal birds. On a visit to the Mara River, you will get to see the huge crocodile as they bask in the sun, and alongside them, you will also find hippos as they yawn their way to the surface of the water. During the great wildebeest migration, this river turns into a valley of death, and only the fittest survive. Herds of wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes cross the Mara River to seek greener pastures. This scene is among the 10 wonders of the world as it happens yearly. After proceed to the camp as the darkness sets for check-in, dinner, and overnight.

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Serengeti
Breakfast at the lodge, you will drive through the southern part of Maasai Mara reserve as you proceed to Serengeti via Tanzania border at Isebania/Sirari. You will be assisted by your driver-guide to clear customs. You will have picnic lunches on the way at the picnic site. You will arrive at Serengeti as the day’s heat cools off having an en-route game drive to the camp.

Day 5 & 6: Serengeti Full-Days:
After breakfast, you will enjoy full-day game drives. Serengeti national park has rewarding bird viewing with ostrich and Kori bustard being common, a variety of larks, finches, and raptors. Serengeti shares the same ecosystem with Maasai Mara hence there is plenty to watch. All meals and Overnight Serengeti Tortilis Camp.

Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro
After breakfast depart with an en-route game drive through Serengeti as you proceed to Ngorongoro conservation area. Arrive in the early morning and descend to the Crater having packed lunch in the crater. Proceed on with the game drive until evening when you will ascend the crater and proceed to your lodge for check-in, dinner and overnight. Ngorongoro crater is a world heritage site and the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera which is often referred to as the 8th wonder of the world. You will enjoy breath-taking views of scenery and game can be witnessed from both the crater rims and within the crater.

Day 8: Ngorongoro – Lake Manyara
After breakfast, you will embark on a journey to Lake Manyara National Park. The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival, you will drive for a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park later proceed for lunch at the lodge and check in. After Lunch Proceeds for another game drive until Sunset when you will proceed to the camp/lodge for dinner and Overnight. The Park is truly a photographer’s playground and offers some of the best game viewings in the world. You can expect to see many of Africa’s most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions a particular treat. These proud predators lounge in acacia trees practically begging to be photographed. Bird-watchers will find Lake Manyara is an absolute delight, with a huge variety of birds on display in the park. Even the novice can expect to be amazed by large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the brightly colored lilac-breasted roller. At Sunset you will proceeds for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Lake Manyara-Amboseli
Breakfast at the lodge then transfer to Namanga border where you will clear customs and enter Kenya to Amboseli National Park. Situated under the grand mass of snow-crowned Mt. Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is a striking contrast of snaking lush green marshlands and dirty gray plains. The vast herds of elephants and plains of game are a major attraction in this reserve. You will have an en-route game drive as you go to check-in at the camp.

Day 10: Amboseli-Nairobi
Early Morning game drive to catch the beautiful backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro. After breakfast, you will depart for a game drive with a packed lunch to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight or Hotel.
