Our Terms and Conditions

1. ACCOMMODATION:

Accommodation is based on two persons sharing a twin room. Single rooms are available at an additional cost but are not guaranteed. Hotels and lodges are mentioned as indicators of the category, but rooms may be reserved at similar hotels or lodges.

2. ALTERATIONS OF TOURS:

The sequence of all itineraries is adhered to at all times, but the company reserves the right to make any alterations enforced by weather, roadworks, high-season congestion, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays caused by mechanical breakdowns or vehicles on safari will not be a liability of the company. We reserve the right to alter or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should it be necessary.

3. LIABILITY:

a) Kenan Travel and Tours and its agents act only as agents of clients in all matters relating to accommodation, sightseeing, excursions, tours, and all types of transport. The company cannot accept any responsibility for default, whether negligent or otherwise, on any of the services or accommodations with which the booking is made or which clients arrange themselves, nor is it liable for clients’ additional expenses occasioned by their delay, alterations of travel services, sickness, injuries, or as a result of weather, civil disturbances, or any other interference with, interruption of, alteration to, or addition to the services, excursions, or tour applied for and booked.
b) The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors, and in the event of such exercise of such rights, the terms of clause (a) relating to the company’s liability shall apply.
c) While every care is taken, the company cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal property, and it is advisable to arrange relevant insurance.

4. CANCELLATION:

Any cancellation seven days before the commencement of service will be refunded, less a nominal charge. Cancellations within seven days will attract varying charges up to 100% of the cost of the service. The above cancellation must be in writing and take effect only upon being received. Services rendered are not subject to a refund.
