13 Days 12 Nights Kenya Safari
Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve
You will be met by our company representative at the airport/hotel, meet and greet, having a short briefing before later departing for Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in the late afternoon and proceed to Samburu Sopa Lodge for check-in and lunch. After some rest, have an evening game drive and return as the day comes to an end for dinner and overnight at Sarova Shaba lodge.

Day 2: Samburu Full Day
Enjoy full-day game drives in the reserve being on the lookout for special flora and fauna found in this place. Though it’s a rather dry area and has rough terrain, it is blessed with very rare species only found here, some of them being a reticulated giraffe, grevy’s zebra, beisa Oryx, birds like the blue-necked ostrich, and many more. Also, you may have the chance to come across the big five. Some of the good places to spot the animals are around the Ewaso Nyiro River where they quench their thirst while the carnivores take advantage and hunt the weak here. At Sunset you will return to the camp for dinner and Overnight.

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve- Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart to Nakuru with an en-route game drive in Samburu national park having a stopover in Nyahururu Thomson falls for lunch. It’s named after the father of the first European to reach there Joseph Thomason it is a scenic waterfall on the Ewaso ngiro river. The waterfalls are about 74 meters and one can view the falls from above or go down the trail to the bottom of the ravine. Arrive at Lake Nakuru in time for an evening game drive before proceeding to Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge for check-in and dinner.

Day 4: Explore Lake Nakuru National Park
An early morning game drive before breakfast to try to find leopards which are frequently sighted in Lake Nakuru Park and return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast, you will have a full game drive on the floor of the Great Rift Valley which is surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland known as the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. You get to enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. The park is ideal for bird watching and can get to spot some of the big five-members, The Buffalo and Rhino grazing at the park’s beautiful grasslands.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara
After breakfast, you will have an en-route game drive as you depart for Masai Mara. You will arrive at noon having an en-route game drive as you proceed for lunch at Enkorok Camp. After some rest, head out for the evening game drive, the best time to catch the cats as they crawl out from their shadows ready to make their next kill for the night. Returning to the lodge as darkness sets for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 & 7: Maasai Mara Full Days
After breakfast, you will enjoy a full-day game drive. Maasai Mara reserve is considered Kenya’s prime wildlife area. This is due to the acacia-dotted plain scenery of stunning beauty where black manned lions, cheetahs, and leopards are found in abundance. Elephants, giraffes, genet cats just to mention a few Mara also hosts over 450 species of bird including the national bird of Kenya, the lilac-breasted roller bird & other nocturnal birds. A visit to the Mara River where you will get to see the huge crocodile as they bask in the sun and alongside them, you will also find hippos as they yawn their way to the surface of the water. As darkness sets in you will return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Maasai Mara-Lake Naivasha
Early morning breakfast after depart for Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for check-in and lunch. After lunch visit the Hell’s Gate National Park the only park you have a chance to walk around, and also can choose to hire bicycles to ride around or have a Boat trip along the Lake to See Hippos and many types of Birds at an extra fee. At Sunset you will return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 9: Lake Naivasha – Amboseli
Arise for breakfast and depart to Amboseli National park having lunch on the way. Amboseli National Park is Situated under the grand mass of snow-crowned Mt. Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is a striking contrast of snaking lush green marshlands and dirty grey plains. The vast herds of elephants and plains of the game are a major attraction in this reserve. You will have an en-route game drive as you go to check-in at the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Full-Day Amboseli
Early morning game drive return back to camp for breakfast, after breakfast full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro. Later return to your camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 11: – Amboseli – Tsavo West
You will leave after breakfast to Tsavo West National Park. On arrival you will have lunch at your lodge and in the afternoon, you will go for an afternoon game drive. Tsavo West is known for its popular residents like the predators and their opponents, the park is home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, lesser kudus, Grant gazelles, gerenuks, and around 500 bird species among others.

Day 12: – Tsavo West-Tsavo East
You will depart after breakfast to Tsavo East National Park. The park is renowned for its large numbers of elephants and the famous man-eating lions. The game is en route to the camp, Check-in, and have lunch. In the late afternoon, another game drive in search of the park’s popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents. The park is home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, lesser kudus, Grant gazelles, gerenuks, and around 500 bird species among others. Several small rivers including the main river Tsavo / Galana River cross the park and flow into the Indian Ocean. Return to your lodge as darkness sets for dinner and overnight

Day 13: -Tsavo East-Nairobi
On your last day of the safari, you will wake up early in the morning for an early morning game drive where you will see many predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs and many more. After the game drive you will drive back to your lodge, have breakfast, check out of your lodge with packed lunches, then you will embark on your journey back to Nairobi which is a drive of approximately 7 hours. When you reach Nairobi you will be dropped off at your hotel or at the airport for your flight back home.
