Events

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our company representative, briefed, and thereafter depart for Maasai Mara Game Reserve, having lunch along the way. Maasai Mara Game Reserve is considered Kenya’s prime wildlife area. This is due to the acacia-dotted plain scenery of stunning beauty where black-manned lions, cheetahs, and leopards are found in abundance. Elephants, giraffes, and genet cats, just to mention a few Mara also hosts over 450 species of birds, including the national bird of Kenya, the lilac-breasted roller bird, and other nocturnal birds. Arrive having an en-route game drive around these vast plains and thereafter head to Lenchada Tourist Camp as darkness sets for dinner and overnight.
Meal plan: lunch and dinner; overnight at Lenchada Tourist Camp or equivalent.

Distance: approximately 254 kilometers from Nairobi.

Day 2: Masai Mara, Full Day

Breakfast at the camp and thereafter enjoy full-day game drives with a visit to the Mara River, where you will get to see the huge crocodile as they bask in the sun, and alongside them, you will also find hippos as they yawn their way to the surface of the water. It is also the destination of the eighth wonder of the world, known as the Great Migration. During the great wildebeest migration, this river turns into a valley of death, and only the fittest survive. Herds of wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes cross the Mara River to seek greener pastures. This scene is among the 10 wonders of the world, as it happens every year.
Meal plan: breakfast, lunch, and dinner; overnight at Lenchada Tourist Camp or equivalent.

Day 3: Masai Mara-Nairobi

After breakfast, you will have an en-route game drive as you depart for Nairobi via Narok town, where you will have lunch before proceeding. Arrive in the evening and be transferred to your city hotel or specified location.
